Munchables loses, then recoups, $62M 👀

In a dramatic series of events, Blast-based web3 game Munchables lost, then regained, $62 million in funds in the space of 24 hours.

Several sources have blamed the developer behind Munchables for the fiasco. All community assets now appear to be secure.

This comes ahead of Blast’s anticipated $1.3 billion airdrop, arriving this May.

SBF sentenced to 25 years in prison 🔒

In the final chapter of the multi-year FTX saga, founder Sam Bankman-Fried has been sentenced to 25 years in prison.

Sam expressed remorse upon sentencing, but for the victims of FTX’s collapse - which saw $8 billion in client assets wiped out - this day has been a long time coming.

Crypto Valleys’ free NFTs grow to $1k+ đŸŒœ

Blast-based farming game Crypto Valleys has seen its 1,500 free-to-mint NFTs now valued at over $1,000 USD each.

Released on March 22, the NFTs saw $2 million in trading volume in just 30 minutes, and have seen steady trading in the days since.
