SPL-404: Solanaās hot new NFT standard š
A new NFT standard, SPL-404, is making waves on Solana.
Combining the uniqueness of traditional NFT standards with the liquidity of tokens, numerous collections have sprung up using this new standard, including Mutantmon, Fluffys and Gogonauts.
Initial reception has been strong, but time will tell if this new standard will last.
Guild of Guardians reveal $1M prize pool š°
Mobile RPG Guild of Guardians have announced a $1M prize pool to span their first Act, Age of the Dread.
Running from May 15 to June 19, players will be rewarded with NFTs, $GOG tokens and in-game assets for success in the three game modes: Endless, Arena and Boss Rush.
Guild of Guardians is available to download for free on the Google Play and Apple App Store.
Pudgy Penguins announce 1M toy sales š
Pudgy Penguins have announced that theyāve sold 1 million Pudgy Toys.
Debuting 12 months ago, the toy range has seen tremendous success, with nationwide U.S. distribution in Walmart, Smyths, Macyās and more - and now Target.
This success has powered the growth of their NFT collection, with Pudgy Penguins briefly flipping Bored Ape Yacht Club in March 2024.
