Up Mobile takes on Solana Mobile 📲
Web3 infrastructure providers Up Network have unveiled their Up Mobile device – a smartphone that combines artificial intelligence with blockchain technology to allow for “web3 on the move.”
Built using Facebook‘s Move programming language, Up Mobile supports top dApps, wallets and blockchain services, and utilises a variety of AI features and zero-knowledge technology for heightened security.
The retail price and tech specs of the device are yet to be revealed, though the company expects that - with current and anticipated demand - they will close the year with over 100,000 units sold.
What to expect at Coinfest Asia 2024 🪙
The 2024 edition of Coinfest Asia has been announced for August 22-23, set to take place in Nuanu City, Bali.
Over 150 prominent figures from the global web3 ecosystem will appear, including Tron founder Justin Sun, Sweat Economy co-founder Oleg Fomenko, and Aptos CEO Mo Shaikh.
Early bird tickets are now available, with guests advised to secure their tickets early, with organisers expecting over 6,000 attendees from around the world.
Istanbul Blockchain Week x Fortune Türkiye 📖
Istanbul Blockchain Week 2024, taking place from August 13-14, has announced a partnership with Fortune Magazine Türkiye by Group Medya.
Held at the Hilton Istanbul Bomonti Hotel & Conference Center, IBW 2024 is poised to be Turkey’s largest web3 event of the year.
The event will feature the world’s first dual web3 esports tournament and exhibition, and VC Connect, which will facilitate venture capital introductions to web3 start-ups.
